| The Sanderson Group was approached by Sheikh Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan to submit a proposal to develop part of his lands, in the United Arab Emirates, into an integrated, family orientated, 5 star Hotel and Resort. Our Concept Design Department then completed a feasibility study on several alternative ideas and eventually decided on one which allowed for immediate development of the Waterfront and Marina Villas along with Sports and Entertainment Facilities. This also enabled the future development of shopping centres, convention centre, 5 Star Hotel and Theme Park. |
