Macau Fisherman's Wharf is a major new development in a city that has grown through its unique mix of tourism and trade. The project has become a new focus for retail, restaurants and entertainment adjacent to the new "Maritime Ferry Terminal", the point where the majority of visitors from Hong Kong arrive.
The Sanderson Group was awarded the Design and Construction for the 'East Meets West' entertainment precinct of 'Macau Fisherman's Wharf'.
The Scope for the Sanderson Group on this project illustrated its versatility, flexibility and ability to provide a comprehensive range of design and construction services. From the 35 metre high "erupting" volcano to the family fun of the "Children's Fort" and the themed amphitheatre, the Sanderson Group offered services ranging from Concept Design and Illustration, Structural, Hydraulic, Electrical and Fire Services Engineering, to show control, special effects, attraction development, budgeting, programming, construction and management.
