'GREAT FUN ADVENTURE' - Refurbishment and Masterplan' - Punyu, CHINA

The Sanderson Group was commissioned to carry out the Park and Site analysis on an existing theme park in CHINA, with the view to producing a new long term masterplan including on site supervision and project management.

Services offered by our company during the scope of this project include, Geographic and Demographic Analysis, Concept and Zone Establishment, Major Attraction Establishment, Design Presentation Documents, Design Development and Construction Documentation, Character and Icon Development, Management and Staffing plans and Safety and Maintenance Plans.

All of those services are carried out in close consultation with the client, and in turn with the construction team and local authorities.

The implementation of the new plan will be completed under the guidance of our on site Project Manager in consultation and conjunction with the existing site infrastructure and local labour.

The final product is to be a successful and aggressively marketed new look Themed destination, incorporating a wide range of unique activities.
