| In 1998, leading US based company, TECHNIFEX INC. from California, launched an Australian wide search to find a company with the experience and technical expertise to be part of their team to undertake the Theme building and scenery elements associated with this new tourist attraction "Titanic the experience". |

| In December 1998, our Australian based Theme construction company, the Sanderson Group P/L was appointed to work in association with Technifex Inc. to produce this attraction. |
