| The Big Pineapple sought out the expertise of the Sanderson Group to fabricate and build the refurbishment components of the main tourist restaurant areas including the three dimensional signs. Using fire retarded expanded polystyrene hardcoated with a structural polyurethane the Sanderson Group sculpted Giant Ice Creams, over enlarged hamburgers and displays of hamburger and fries as well as 3.6 metre fruit displays, to complement the theme of the Big Pineapple. | ||||||||||||||||||
